What we do

Four capabilities. One system.

Strategy, acquisition, content and performance work as one system: each lever strengthens the others, from the first message to the decision.

01

Strategy

Set a clear direction before anything gets produced or launched.

  • Positioning
  • Editorial strategy
  • Content architecture
  • Measurement plan
02

Acquisition

Turn attention into measurable demand.

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Ad creative
  • Continuous optimization
03

Content

Create work that builds preference and drives action.

  • Art direction
  • Photo & video
  • Community management
  • Reputation & reviews
  • Social branding
04

Performance

Read the signals, learn faster and improve what matters.

  • KPI dashboard
  • Monthly analysis
  • Recommendations
  • Tests & iterations
Case studies

Results, not promises.

Named case studies appear with the client’s consent — never next to their acquisition costs. Sensitive figures stay anonymous: that’s the treatment your account will get too.

Dining & mixology · Marrakech

750+
attributed bookings

Barometre

Strong local awareness, but a digital journey too far from the booking — with one simple rule: if we don’t sell, we don’t get paid.

The system

Problem — A known brand, but too much distance between the ad and the booking.

System — Experience-led creatives, Meta campaigns optimized for conversion, and a path leading directly to booking.

Result — 750+ bookings generated and attributed over the measured period, with part of the fee tied to performance.

High-end Italian · Marrakech

50 M+
views from June to August 2025

La Casa Napoli

Supported since opening day: fully booked for lunch and dinner in August — Marrakech’s low season.

The system

Problem — Open a high-end Italian restaurant in a city that has plenty, and fill it in the off-season too.

System — Art direction, content, influencer partnerships and campaigns — from day one, in November 2024.

Result — 50 M+ views and 26,000 followers; 5,000+ calls and 20,000+ Google direction requests in three months; fully booked for lunch and dinner in August 2025.

Destination · official accounts

with Pokespace

18 M
views across managed periods

Visit Rabat & Region

An always-on editorial presence: 5.3M people reached and 67,000 followers on the destination’s official accounts.

The system

Problem — Build a consistent presence on the official channels beyond event-driven peaks.

System — Always-on editorial management, coverage of key moments, and format optimization based on audience signals.

Result — 18 M views, 5.3 M people reached, 67,000 followers, 266,700 interactions and 73,300 profile visits.

Destination · AFCON 2025

with Pokespace

6.3 M
views in 57 days

Visit Marrakech Region

During AFCON 2025, the destination had to earn attention every day inside a continent-wide content cycle.

The system

Problem — Earn a place in the tournament conversation without becoming a simple event relay.

System — Daily production, on-the-ground coverage and formats built to match the pace of the competition.

Result — 6.3 million views in 57 days on the destination’s account.

Regional public utility · ex-RADEEMA

with EBF

62,800
followers on official accounts

SRM Marrakech-Safi

More than two years alongside EBF, supporting RADEEMA’s transformation into a Regional Multiservices Company.

The system

Problem — Introduce a new public identity without losing users’ points of reference or trust.

System — Bilingual Arabic-French communication, ongoing public information, and service content around water, electricity and sanitation.

Result — 62,800 combined followers — 44,000 on Facebook, 13,800 on Instagram, 5,000 on LinkedIn — and more than 500 visuals produced, over two-plus years.

Property management · Marrakech

$3.73
per property-owner lead

Premium real estate

377 owners of high-end villas and apartments, filtered upfront so the sales team only speaks to owners who have decided.

The system

Problem — A narrow, heavily solicited audience where volume is worthless if the leads are not qualified.

System — Messaging built around owner objections, dedicated video creatives and qualifying forms.

Result — 377 owners generated at a $3.73 average, and $2.76 on the best-performing creative.

Hospitality tech · B2B

€5.30
per qualified lead

Hospitality tech B2B

Qualified hotel decision-maker leads at €5.30, for a solution priced between MAD 100,000 and 300,000.

The system

Problem — A niche market, several decision-maker profiles, quality before volume.

System — Angles by role and need, Meta + Search, filtering forms, and campaign analysis based on lead quality.

Result — 708 qualified leads over the measured period and 2.5M impressions.

Ready-to-wear · Morocco

20×
average return on ad spend

Fashion e-commerce

A sales-led creative loop: 952 purchases, 20× average ROAS and no active ad below 12× over the measured period.

The system

Problem — Stop-start campaigns that depended on a small number of winning creatives.

System — Short creative testing cycles, campaigns by intent and product, and decisions driven by cost per purchase.

Result — 20× weighted average ROAS over the measured period, twelve active ads, none below 12×.

The approach

We don’t sell packages.
We build around the objective.

Selling posting volume as strategy

A system sized to the objective, not a content quota

The same playbook for every account

One method, adapted to each market and project

Reports built around vanity metrics

Business reporting: what changed, why, and what we do next

Virality as a promise

Testable hypotheses, measurable demand and documented decisions

The system adapts to the project. Never the other way around.

The team

Digital doesn’t need to get louder. Its job is to make your brand clearer, more credible, easier to choose.

Questions

What clients ask before we start.

There is no standard package. Budget depends on the market, objective and channels. In the first conversation, we define the investment needed to generate enough signal to learn and optimize. If the budget cannot support a serious test, we will say so.

No. We do not promise a number we cannot fully control. We commit to the quality of the system, data transparency, speed of learning and continuous optimization. If an objective is unrealistic, we will say so before we start.

Hospitality, destinations, institutions, B2B, premium real estate and e-commerce. The common thread is not the industry; it is a perception, demand or conversion problem where digital needs to create a measurable effect.

In acquisition, the first trends often appear within the first few weeks. For a full system, we wait for several creative and optimization cycles before drawing conclusions. Timing depends on budget, market and starting point.

Your digital should do more than show up.

A first conversation to understand what is holding demand back, what to prioritize, and whether Adkibo is the right partner. If it is not, we will say so.
