E-commerce advertising in Morocco, managed on delivered orders
You sell online in Morocco, on Shopify or YouCan, usually with cash on delivery, and Meta reports purchases that your back office can’t all match. With refused parcels and returns, you no longer know what each ad really brings in.
Adkibo, a digital agency based in Marrakech, installs the Meta pixel and the Conversions API and checks them before spending. Every week we then compare the purchases Meta counts with the delivered orders in your back office, and budget decisions are made on the delivered ones. For a fashion brand, our campaigns generated 952 purchases in 20 days according to Meta, with an average ROAS of 20×.

Tracking checked before spending
We install the Meta pixel and the Conversions API, then check that every purchase comes through with its value before the first dirham is spent.
Creative as the engine
The ad itself sets the cost per purchase. We produce and test new creatives every week, so your sales never rest on two winning visuals.
Decisions on delivered orders
With cash on delivery, part of the orders Meta counts are refused at the door. We reconcile Meta’s purchases with your delivered orders weekly, and the budget follows the delivered ones.
- 952purchases counted by Meta in 20 days
- 20×average return on ad spend counted by Meta, meaning sales worth 20 times the ad spend
- 12×none of the twelve ads active at the time returned less
Case in point
952 purchases counted by Meta in 20 days, and no active ad below a 12× return
For a Moroccan fashion brand, Meta counted 952 purchases in 20 days and an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of 20×, meaning sales worth 20 times the ad spend. None of the twelve ads active at the time returned less than 12 times its spend. The store’s name stays confidential, as your figures would.

The first week
We install and check the Meta pixel and the Conversions API, and we review your product pages on mobile. From your margins, we work out with you the ROAS below which a sale loses you money.
The launch
As soon as purchases come through correctly, campaigns go live, one per product, with several creatives to test. The budget is charged to your own Meta ad account.
Every week
We reconcile the purchases Meta counts with the delivered orders in your back office. Budget goes up on the ads that bring delivered orders, and the costliest ones are replaced by new creatives.
How do you manage ads with cash on delivery?
Meta counts an order as soon as it is placed. With cash on delivery, some of those orders are refused or never completed, and the ROAS shown by Meta looks better than reality. Every week we compare the purchases Meta counts with the delivered orders in your back office, and decisions are made on the delivered ones.
- The order
Meta counts it as soon as it is placed, through the Meta pixel and the Conversions API.
- Confirmation and delivery
Your team confirms and delivers the order, and some parcels are refused at the door.
- The weekly reconciliation
The purchases Meta counts are compared with the delivered orders in your back office.
- The budget
It goes up on the ads that bring delivered orders, and the costliest ads are replaced by new creatives.
What to prepare for a first call
Prepare an export of your recent orders with their delivery status, and your margins by product. Read access to your Meta ad account also lets us start from your real numbers in the very first conversation.
Your questions, answered.
What if my customers pay cash on delivery?
Then decisions are made on delivered orders. Every week we compare the purchases Meta counts with what your back office actually delivered.
Do you install the Meta pixel and the Conversions API?
Yes, and we check them before the first dirham is spent. Without purchases reported with their value, Meta looks for your buyers blind.
What ad budget do I need to start?
Enough for Meta to exit the learning phase and for us to read reliable numbers. We start on a few products and increase on those that sell and get delivered. The amount is set after the margin audit and paid to Meta from your own ad account, in your name, and our fees are quoted separately.
Do you manage the website and logistics?
No. We run acquisition and ad creative, and your team keeps the store and the logistics, from order confirmation to delivery. If your site is holding back conversion, we’ll tell you with numbers, and we know the right partners to recommend.
Meta or Google?
Both, depending on the product. Meta creates demand among people who weren’t looking for your product, and Google captures those already searching for it. The split is decided on your margins and your data.
How long before we see sales?
The first data comes in within a few days, and budget decisions rest on trends over several weeks. It takes two to three months of testing to know which products and ads are profitable on delivered orders, and that is when we set numeric targets together.
Do you produce the ad visuals and videos?
Yes. Creative is part of the steering because it sets the cost per purchase. Shoots are handled by our photo and video partners, under our art direction.
Which brands do you work with?
Moroccan fashion and consumer brands, including Carismen and Modablanca.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, six months. The first two to three months are a test period, after which we set numeric targets together.
Your digital should do more than show up.
