Institutions & public programmes
Institutional communication agency for public services in Morocco
Your users did not choose to be your customers. They write to you about an outage, roadworks, a bill or a new connection, mostly on Facebook, and your management expects a review it can defend in committee.
Adkibo, a digital agency based in Marrakech, produces service communication in Arabic and French for public services and donor-funded programmes. For SRM Marrakech-Safi, with EBF, this work has been going on for more than two years.

SRM Marrakech-Safi, with EBF
RADEEMA became the Marrakech-Safi Regional Multiservices Company. For more than two years, we have explained this change to users, with 62,800 combined followers and more than 500 visuals produced. The contract is held by EBF, and Adkibo delivers the communication.
Donor-funded programmes
For Near East Foundation, we supported 20 rural cooperatives from April to October 2025, from Meta campaigns to their first orders, with a signed reference letter. With EBF, our campaigns also generated applicant contacts for GIZ programmes.
Arabic and French, information first
Every post exists in Arabic and in French, written for both audiences. Scheduled outages, roadworks, safety guidance and subscription procedures come first, because those are the questions users ask.
- Facebook first
44,000 of the 62,800 followers of SRM Marrakech-Safi, run with EBF, are on Facebook.

- Approval circuit and standard replies
Set with your team in week one, starting with outages and bills.
Messages go out after approval by your team, and comments are followed from 9 am to 11 pm, Marrakech time.
- The monthly report
What was published and how the audience grew on each network, for your management and your committee.
Case in point
On the accounts we run with EBF, users are on Facebook first
On the SRM Marrakech-Safi accounts, which we run with EBF, 44,000 of the 62,800 followers are on Facebook, against 13,800 on Instagram and 5,000 on LinkedIn. An institutional strategy that invested only in Instagram and LinkedIn would miss most users, so we put the effort where they are.

Day to day
Posts go out in Arabic and French with visuals that follow your guidelines, and messages and comments get a reply from 9 am to 11 pm, Marrakech time. During sensitive periods, messages go out after approval by your team.

Your questions, answered.
Do you respond to public tenders?
Yes. We prepare the administrative and technical documents required, reference letters included, and we also work as a subcontractor or within a consortium when the contract requires it.
Which institutions have you worked with?
With EBF, for SRM Marrakech-Safi for more than two years and for GIZ programmes. With Pokespace, for the National Tourism Confederation. Directly, for Near East Foundation, on the digitalisation of 20 rural cooperatives.
What happens during a crisis or a general outage?
Messages go out in Arabic and French as soon as your team approves them, and comments are followed from 9 am to 11 pm, Marrakech time.
Do you produce in Arabic?
Yes, in Modern Standard Arabic and in Darija depending on the expected register. On our institutional projects, all communication is produced in Arabic and French, with neither being a translation of the other.
Do you support name or identity changes?
Yes. The hardest part of a name change is making users understand that they still deal with the same organisation. For SRM Marrakech-Safi, with EBF, the link between the old name and the new one was repeated and explained for more than two years.
Do our accounts stay with the institution?
Yes. The accounts and the ad manager stay in the institution’s name, and the content produced belongs to you.
Preparing a tender or a consultation?
Write to us. We will send our references with our partners credited, and answer the questions in your brief.
