Destinations & tourism
Destination marketing agency running social media for tourism destinations in Morocco
A destination’s accounts have to speak to several markets, in their own languages, and stay active between two events. The team behind them then has to show its board what that presence achieved.
Adkibo, a digital agency based in Marrakech, has run the official accounts of Visit Rabat & Region and Visit Marrakech with Pokespace. Adkibo handles strategy and content, social media management included, and Pokespace handles audiovisual production.

Institutional approval circuits
With Pokespace, we also work for the National Tourism Confederation. Content goes through the institution’s approval circuit, and the publishing calendar allows for it from week one.
Posts in French, Arabic or English depending on the target markets, carried there by Meta campaigns.
- The calendar of key moments
Set with your team in week one, once we have reviewed existing content and figures.
- Institutional approval
Content goes through the institution’s approval circuit, and the publishing calendar allows for it.
Shoots handled by Pokespace or by our photo and video partners, from the editorial line written by Adkibo.
Messages get a reply from 9 am to 11 pm, Marrakech time.
- A report for each period
Views, people reached, profile visits, followers and interactions, ready for your board.
Case in point
Profile visits before views
On a destination account, a view only proves the content was distributed. We look at profile visits first, the moment someone wants to know more about the destination. The Visit Rabat & Region accounts, run with Pokespace, received 73,300 of them over the managed periods.

Week one
We get access to the accounts and review existing content and figures, then set the calendar of key moments and the approval circuit with your team. The editorial line is written and approved before the first posts.
Posts and campaigns
Posts and stories go out in French, Arabic or English depending on the target markets, and messages get a reply from 9 am to 11 pm, Marrakech time. Meta campaigns carry the content to the markets you target. Shoots are handled by Pokespace or by our photo and video partners, from the editorial line written by Adkibo.
The report
A report for each period gives views, people reached, profile visits, followers and interactions, with the share of those results that comes from the managed periods. Your team can present it to its board as it is.

Your questions, answered.
Do you work with tourism institutions?
Yes. With Pokespace, we have worked for the National Tourism Confederation and on the Visit Rabat & Region and Visit Marrakech accounts. An institution’s approval timelines and representation constraints are built into the calendar from week one.
Do you respond to tenders and consultations?
Yes, alone or in a consortium, with Pokespace when the project calls for it. The bid sets out our references, with our partners credited, and a written methodology for your destination.
What does “run with Pokespace” mean?
These projects are delivered as a joint team with Pokespace. Pokespace handles audiovisual production, and Adkibo handles strategy and content, social media management included. We credit Pokespace every time we present these accounts.
Do you produce in several languages?
Yes, in French, Arabic and English. The language depends on the target markets and is decided in the editorial strategy, before the first post. For Visit Rabat & Region, with Pokespace, one campaign in English targeted international markets and another, in French and Arabic, the domestic market.
Do you organise fam trips or on-the-ground activations?
No. Adkibo works only in digital, from social media to online advertising. Shoots are handled by partners, and welcoming visitors remains your job.
Can a visitor attraction, such as a park or a museum, work with you?
Yes. A visitor attraction needs the same continuous presence as a destination, with more direct measurement through bookings and visit requests. The setup is sized after looking at your accounts and your visitor numbers.
Preparing a tender or a consultation?
Write to us. We will send our references with our partners credited, and answer the questions in your brief.
